Charlotte is a luxurious bistro situated in the heart of the pastoral and rustic Ein Kerem neighborhood of Jerusalem. Ein Kerem as a backdrop, forms the perfect atmosphere, together with a noteworthy kitchen that tends to every detail that is served on your table. At the heart of the bistro, is an appetite-inspiring meat refrigerator showcasing a range of prime cuts, steaks, filets, duck breast, spring chickens in various marinades, chicken parts, as well as choice offal. After selecting your meat, Charlotte's kitchen will prepare it and serve it together with a range of side dishes prepared all in house.
Charlotte's talented and well-known chef is Eyal Vaknin, owner of Fortuna, in the Mahane Yehudah market, who has worked in the past in leading restaurants around Jerusalem and Israel (Arcadia, Rafael, Masa, and 1868). Vaknin believes that food has to be simple and good, requiring only the most quality meats, preparing sausages himself, and serving them with delectable, fresh salads and other delicious sides. The bistro is kosher and can hold events of up to 60 people.
