Abu Ghosh, an Arab village nestled among the Judean Hills a short distance outside Jerusalem, is justly famed for the quality of its food, and a great many restaurants have sprung up to capitalize on the village's considerable tourist traffic.
The Abu Ghosh Restaurant serves the kind of traditional Middle Eastern fare you'd expect, including Abu Ghosh's famous hummus (although the real McCoy is to be found at Abu Shukri, also in town).
