Half Colors, Half Voices: In the footsteps of the poet Rachel

A multi-faceted focusing on  the life and poems of Rachel, combining music, poetry, video-art and archival footage. The poems were set to music by the composers Ehud Aton and Ariel Herman in their album entitled “Hatsai Tsvaim, Hatsai Kolot” [Half Colors, Half Voices].

In this performance the duo brings to the stage a musical diversity spanning from classical music to jazz, weaving together Rachel’s unique texts.

Sivan Talmor – vocals, compilation and reading of texts

Ehud Aton – contrabass and vocals

Matan Assayag – drums

Ariel Herman – piano

Liat Saba – cello


Admission: 50 NIS; students: 20 NIS
