About Oded Amitai: Oded Amitai (40) is experienced tour guide who specializes in the Jerusalem area. He has served as a tour guide in many respected establishments and organizations in Israel including Beit Shmuel, Machon Avshalom, Yad Ben Zvi, SPNI, Makom, cathedrals throughout Israel, Kedem, the Teacher's Union, archeology sites, and more.

First courses:

Salad of roasted pepper, greens, Spanish onion, avocado, and walnuts in olive oil and lime, served with two types of bread.


Norwegian salmon with salad in olive oil and lime dressing


Onion rolls filled with lamb and pine nuts, with organic bulgur salad, tomatoes, roasted eggplant and basil oil.


Sirloin Carpaccio with grilled tomatoes and peppers, mustard croutons, and basil oil.


Main dishes:

250 grams entrecote steak with mushroom ragu and potatoes in a rich gravy


Sea fish baked in olive oil and rosemary with cream of potatoes, date tomato bake, zatar and olives


Desserts:

Dark chocolate croissant

Passion Fruit sorbet, chocolate gnash and Panini

Coconut and lime sponge cake with berries and liquor, lime whipped cream, and waffle roll with nuts.
