New at the Science Museum - Weather or Not...

This October the museum will launch the new autumn program Weather or Not with guided tours, active exhibits, building workshops and humorous performances of the known and beloved Dr. Molecule.

The Weather or Not program looks at the seasons and weather, autumn winds, the shape of leaves, the changing angle of the sun, the waves and storms in outer space. Guided tours will be made through the museum's interactive exhibitions, with scientific demonstrations for the whole family. Especially for the children - a Building & Trial workshop where they are invited to build a wind direction device to test wind direction, try it with huge fans to understand scientific principles, and take it home as a souvenir. The well-known and much loved Dr. Molecule returns with a new show in a humorous show that focuses on winds and weather changes.

Guided tours for all the family will take place in the "Games in Light and Shadow' exhibition. This new exhibition is designed as the Parisian home of Professor Archibald Shadow, a researcher, dreamer and shadows collector. In the house of the shadows' collector, visitors discover surprising, exotic and poetic shadows and become researchers themselves. In the exhibition, there will be dozens of active exhibits and works of leading Israeli artists that invite visitors to experience shadows: increase, reproduce, create layers of shadows, allow them to escape or capture them.

At the museum you can find an additional 10 interactive exhibitions for all ages: Waterworks, Illusions, Electricity, Luna Park, Discovering Levers, and lots more. All tours, demonstrations, building workshops and activities are all included in the ticket price at no additional charge (except for the live performance)
