Adom presents a unique two week long oysters festival from February 25-March 11. During the course of the festival a special menu featuring various oyster dishes will be offered alongside the restaurant's regular menu.
The crown jewel of the festival is a dish named "Caesar Celebration": a luxury meal including 12 pieces of Gillardeau oysters, a bottle of Alexandre Bonnet champagne, and a selection of brioches, made in house, with aeoli and roe (salmon eggs). Come taste!
