The workshop is led by the restaurant chain's chef using winning recipes, demonstrations, fascinating explanations, and of course, a festive meat meal. The workshops can be held at any of the restaurant's locations or in another location of your choosing.

About the workshop:
El Gaucho's steak workshop is led by expert carnivore and chain chef Niki Garner. The workshop is 2.5 hours long including a full meal.

*Parts of a cow and matching parts to the appropriate cooking method - grill, pot, oven, grinding
*Differences between fresh, aged, frozen, processed meat
*Sauces and marinades
*Tools and untensils
*Recipes and tips
*Grills and grill types
Dinner menu:
House bread, spread, chimchuri sauce
First course tastes: mini Carpaccio, chorizo, empanada
Middle course: Argentinian salad
Main course: Mix grill including entrecote, sirloin, pullet and asado (250 g per person)
Side dish: French fries or baked potato
Argentinian dessert: dolce de leche flan
