How do you say "moo" in Spanish? Argentinian steak house El Gaucho is now offering steak workshops and meals done like only real Argentinians know how. The workshop is led by the restaurant chain's chef using winning recipes, demonstrations, fascinating explanations, and of course, a festive meat meal. The workshops can be held at any of the restaurant's locations or in another location of your choosing.

About the workshop:

El Gaucho's steak workshop is led by expert carnivore and chain chef Niki Garner. The workshop is 2.5 hours long including a full meal.


Topics covered in the workshop:
*Parts of a cow and matching parts to the appropriate cooking method - grill, pot, oven, grinding
*Differences between fresh, aged, frozen, processed meat
*Sauces and marinades
*Tools and untensils
*Recipes and tips
*Grills and grill types


Dinner menu:
House bread, spread, chimchuri sauce
First course tastes: mini Carpaccio, chorizo, empanada
Middle course: Argentinian salad
Main course: Mix grill including entrecote, sirloin, pullet and asado (250 g per person)
Side dish: French fries or baked potato
Argentinian dessert: dolce de leche flan
Glass of wine
Unlimited soft and hot drinks
