Celebrate the new Gregorian year at Lavan. Alongside the regular menu, the restaurant will offer New Year's specials created by Chef Sagi Azoulai, as well as a wide variety Champaign of cocktails and bubbly wines. The New Year's menu will be offered on Friday and Saturday, December 30 and 31 from 17:00 on.
First courses: red tuna tataki over cream of avocado, wasabi and spicy caramel: 58 NIS | seared duck liver over Belgian waffle in espresso sauce, chocolate and licorice: 65 NIS
Main courses: Corvina sea fish over soft polenta and asparagus in Champaign sauce, saffron and vanilla: 108 NIS | Meat platter - assortment: 125 NIS
Dessert: strawberry tiramisu with chocolate mousse, whipped cream, and strawberries: 42 NIS
