Colony celebrates six years with a rising chef dinner series, initiated by Head Chef Michael Katz, which will host six talented but not yet well known sous-chefs. The chefs will prepare six meals over the course of six months. The program features a culinary celebration of tastes and styles, techniques, influences and kitchens. The aim of the program is to give a stage to up and coming talented chefs and allow them to get their names out to the public. The meals will take place on the spacious terrace of the restaurant at 12 meter long festive tables and will be accompanied by Ramat Hagolan wines which complement the food being served. Each chef will prepare a meal which highlights his or her talents, resulting in a contemporary representation of the latest Israeli culinary trends. Keep the dates open!
