Jerusalem is a great place to be over Chanukah. The city is offering a huge variety of activities, tours, and events for the whole family over the holiday, many of them at little or no charge.
Chanukah 2012 in Jerusalem: Pyromania at the Jerusalem Theatre
Rhythm Light and Fire party with the Tararam Group and a spectacular pyromania performance
The event will take place in the outdoor plaza of the Jerusalem Theatre. In the event of rain the event will take place in the lobby and the program will be altered.
17:30: Screening of the children's classic Marry Poppins dubbed in Hebrew. 10 NIS entrance
19:00: Candle lighting - 6th light - with Mayor Nir Barkat followed by Pyromania: acrobatics with fire and pyrotechnics, and a live performance by Tararam - energetic rhythm in dance, acting, and percussion.
