The Jerusalem Municipality presents The Black Party 2010: The Black Party is back and will rock the Jerusalem Municipality building's foundations for the second year in a row. The Jerusalem Municipality celebrates the start of the academic year and the beginning of winter (which apparently was waiting for the party) with this huge student party, which will take place in the Municipality's Safra parking lot. This year's top notch performers include Rami Fortis and Asaf Avidan and the Mojos, as well as DJs Ido Kappach and OFFSET (Dror Shalit).

*This year's party will also focus on combating road accidents with a non alcoholic bar for designated drivers and unique attractions demonstrating the dangers of using cellular phones while driving
