Family Thursdays at the Tower of David Museum: Jerusalem in Four Hands
The Tower of David Museum presents a Thursday Afternoon activity for the whole family in the museum's "Jerusalem in Four Hands" exhibit.
Thursdays in July and August 2012 from 17:00-19:30
Appropriate for ages 5-10. 35 NIS for children, 25 NIS for accompanying adult.
Come celebrate fantasy, color and movement in the exhibition "Jerusalem" for Four Hands that showcases the animated films of the artists Emanuele Luzzati and Giulio Gianini and a behind the scenes look at the work entailed in such brilliant films.
Through a guided tour of the citadel and the exhibition, we will accompany the children into a world of fantasy, color and movement. We will discover how illustrations become vivid characters, how we ourselves can become theater puppets and along the way we will learn about the vibrant history of Jerusalem. In the creative workshop, children will create their very own 3-D "Castle Theater" - a unique souvenir for each child to take home.
Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 16:00; Friday closed; Saturday, holiday eves and holidays 10:00 to 14:00
