Gourmet kosher dairy restaurant Sofia, housed in the Inbal Hotel, presents a new menu for the fall. Head chef Moti Buchbut, trained in Geneva by leading pastry chef Evuld Noter, brings the flair of dessert pastry presentation to main courses as well, thereby creating delicacies that are not only gastronomical delights but a feast for the eyes as well. Flavors are inspired by the simplicity of comfort food and enhanced by a sophisticated luxurious touch. The new menu offers an extensive selection of entrees, soups, salads, pastas made in house daily, main course fish dishes, and desserts, as well as a drinks menu including alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and hot beverages.
Signature dishes include main courses such as seared tuna steak on a bed of mashed potatoes with a polenta side in a Swiss chard wrap, and desserts such as magic meringue - a ball shaped meringue filled with a mouth watering Chantilly cream and laced with passion fruit and coconut sorbet in a warm berry coulis.
Sunday to Thursday, 12:30 to 22:30; Friday 12:30 to 14:00; Saturday 19:00 to 22:30
