“Ah, Jerusalem” - Live Musical in English
Every Friday at 16:00 – July and August
Broadway and the West End meet Jerusalem as an American Jewish family and characters from Jerusalem’s past cross borders, time and reality in a live musical in the Citadel.
Written, produced and directed by Broadway veterans, Bernie Kukoff and Danny Paller and performed by a young and energetic cast, the musical offers a welcome opportunity to enjoy sophisticated quality entertainment in English in the quiet hours of Friday afternoon just before Shabbat.

An interactive guided tour of “Jerusalem: A Medical Diagnosis” and out into the alley ways of the Old City to discover medical Jerusalem of past and present. Appropriate for ages 5 +. This tour is not wheelchair or baby carriage accessible.
Thursdays from 6 pm to 8 pm – July and August
Explore the ramparts of Jerusalem’s old city through stories and songs as you walk the walls of Jerusalem as dusk embraces the ancient stones. From the Citadel’s Moat to the Kotel. This tour is not wheelchair or baby carriage accessible.
The tours will be in Hebrew.
The price is 50 NIS for adults and 40 NIS for grandparents and 25 NIS for children!

Discover the moat at the Tower of David Museum as it becomes the base for summer potions! Linking the temporary exhibition “Jerusalem: A Medical Diagnosis” to a host of arts and crafts, children (and those young at heart!) will be able to paint pots like those used to store healing herbs in the hospitals from hundreds of years ago, prepare soaps from the herbs and create potions and lotions from a range of ingredients!
Discover the pharmacies and the first hospitals of the Old City in a walking tour in the Old City and visit the exhibition “Jerusalem: A Medical diagnosis”!
Thursdays in August at 18:00. Not suitable for children.

Gallery Talks – Saturday July 26 at 11:00
Curator, Dr Nirit Shalev Khalifa, will walk through the exhibition “Jerusalem: A medical Diagnosis” giving behind the scenes information on the exhibition and artifacts. The talk will be given in in Hebrew.
The Night Spectacular
Spectacular Sound and Light Show at the Tower of David
As dusk embraces the ancient stones, the story of Jerusalem unfolds in breathtaking images across the ancient walls of the Tower of David. The Night Spectacular is outside. Please dress warmly. It is advisable to book tickets in advance.
In July and August: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 20:30, 21:30 and 22:30 and on Saturday at 21;00, 22:00 and 23:00.
