The Israel Museum has long been a focal point for live cultural experiences in Jerusalem. Artistic director, artist and choreographer, Renana Raz, will curate an evening of tantalizing late-night encounters between artworks, the museum landscape, and dozens of artists and creative individuals who will draw inspiration from the Israel Museum's dramatic setting. The audience will be invited to let go of preconceived notions about what constitutes a visit to a museum. Experiencing art and the creative process live, in a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere, visitors can expect the unexpected.

Among the featured events:

Itzik Weingarten brings the genre of the radio play back to life in the Art Garden,

Avi Ha Zamar leads Henry Moore's Three Piece Sculpture: Vertebrae in a dance,

Rafeek leads a blindfolded group on a tour;

Rona Kenan sings songs of love, revulsion, admiration, and in praise of God in the Archeology Wing's
"Holyland" gallery,

Noam Enbar stages a continuous musical concert during which the audience reclines on mattresses,

Eyal Shani and Shahar Segal perform a Museum DJ set,

Benny Bashan presents a special program on the Museum's Crown Plaza square, which broadcast through earphones only,

The now traditional "Silent Wi Party," a silent dance party in which guests gather under the open sky and dance to music played through wireless headphones, is held under Anish Kapoor's Turning the World Upside Down, Jerusalem

As on every Thursday night, Modern, the Israel Museum's gourmet chef restaurant, will host a wine and jazz evening: wine tasting and a live jazz performance by a local ensemble.

And to end the night, an electronic chill out after-party takes place in the Shrine of the Book.

Participants include: Alex Epstein, Shai Id Aloni, Hillel Kogan, Yoav Kutner, Elisha Banai, Uri Brauner Kinrot, Noa Shador, Tal Klaie, Guy Yitzhaki, Eli Petel and students from the art department at the Bezalel Academy, Dan Toren, DJ's Rob and Sabbo (Soulico), "Laissez-Passer"-Balkadan and Ophir Toubul and more.
