Galit Dahan-Carlibach will talk about her first book
The Locked Garden

MC: Noa Manheim

In an ancient, fortified house in Jerusalem live four women: The twins, ugly Talush and beautiful Efi, their taciturn mother and their colorful grandmother.
They abstain from men because of an ancient family curse, and, at the heart of the modern city, obey the commands of the seasons and nature and not the authority of man. The family idyll is shattered when Efi makes a dramatic announcement: she is getting married.

Galit Dahan-Carlibach's short stories and poetry have been published in Moznaim, Makor Rishon,Ynet, and Panim.
