The rainy season is here, and in honor of the mushrooms that the rain is expected to bring, Lavan at the Cinematheque will hold its third annual mushroom festival in December 2012 and January 2013. Chef Sagi Azoulai, who recently returned from a culinary course in New York's Maria restaurant, has prepared a special menu with unique Italian-Mediterranean dishes which feature a wide range of no less than 12 varieties of fresh mushrooms from Israel and around the world.
