Chef Oren Yerushalmi cooks Jerusalem at Scala, with an original Jerusalem menu, complimentary Jerusalem cocktail, and and Israeli music, on Monday, January 10, 2010.
Each guest will be treated to a "Jerusalem cocktail": a cinnamon syrup base with arak, honey, red grapefruit, nana, and a cinnamon stick.

Chef's Jerusalem soup: white beans, black lentils, ox's tail, cumin, olive oil and thyme
Jerusalem ceviche: ceviche with a vegetable medley and herbs straight from Machane Yehuda
Steak filet with artichoke crème
Jerusalem humus with calf tonsils and pickled lemons
In addition, the restaurant's a la carte menu will be available.
Israeli music will play in the background with an emphasis on joyous Jerusalem songs.
Restaurant open Sunday through Thursday, 19:00 to 23:00; Bar open Sunday through Thursday, 18:00 to 24:00. Closed Friday and Saturday.
