The Mamilla Hotel's Rooftop restaurant and lounge presents a Mediterranean evening: Roi Antebi, executive chef of Mamilla Hotel hosts Sharon Cohen, chef of the Tel Aviv restaurant 'Shila' for a special themed evening with a special Mediterranean menu, exclusive cocktails and Middle-Eastern music. Cohen originally hails from Jerusalem but has been lead chef at Shila for a few years now. Despite his talent and creativity, he is not widely known, and claims he prefers to remain somewhat anonymous and let the food speak for itself. Now Jerusalemites get a chance to enjoy his tasty creations.
