Beit Shmuel presents "Colorful Language": a new exhibit displaying the works of artist Esther Ganasia. Ganasia, an artist who focuses on the world of Kabbalah, dedicates the "Colorful Language" exhibit to the glorification of the Hebrew language. In her colorful oil paintings she explores the lovely shapes of the letters and includes quotes from the Hebrew Bible, the Zohar, and Kabbalistic names and letter combinations written in Torah scribe calligraphy. The paintings come together in a full circle, a symbol of complete wholeness in Kabbalah.
Curator: Devorah Goldberg
The exhibit will be open to the public seven days a week from September 6-October 19, 2012 in Merkaz Shimshon at Beit Shmuel.
