Beit Avi Chai presents "Two Bears": An evening that marks the latest work by celebrated Israeli writer Meir Shalev.

Ruthi Tavori, a high-school teacher in a rural community in the Carmel, recalls a murder that took place 70 years ago and tells the story of the men in her family: her grandfather, her husband, her brother and her son, all of whom she loves, rages at, longs for and tries to forgive. A story of friendship, love, betrayal, revenge and atonement.
