Beit Avi Chai presents "Roots": A transcontinental concert with Shlomo Bar and the Re'im Duo

A polyphonic concert that combines traditional North African music with chassidic melodies and the songs of European youth movements.
Shlomo Bar, one of the pioneers of ethnic music in Israel, and the Re'im Duo, veterans of hassidic and traditional music, embark on a varied journey between east and west and meet around the Shabbat table.
An evening that begins in Todra, continues on to Jerusalem, and winds up with "Yedid Nefesh."
