The Shekel Foundation and the Si'im Theater for Visual Theater present "A Journey After the Heart," an unique production by actors dealing with mental challanges, based on a play by actor Erez Tabibi and on material that the performers collected during the course of their visual theater studies. The play presents the audience with the performers' journies in search of satisfaction, love, beauty, faith, and self awareness, as well as reveals experiences of coping with loneliness, alienation, and fears. At the center of the plot is a man with Downs Syndrome, who sets out on a journey to find his twin brother who was given up for adoption at birth.
