The Confederation House presents Middle East Ethnic Jazz Series - Terra Rossa - Wanderings-Israeli ethnic Jazz.
The Terra Rossa Ensemble was founded in 2007. Its members seek to promote unity through music. The ensemble was founded and developed through musical encounters in various groupings that emerged in Jerusalem and its vicinity. It takes its name from the fertile red soil of this part of Israel and its roots are in the terraces of the Jerusalem hills. The combo's unique and refreshing sound creates encounters between cultures and between eastern and western instruments, offering a colorful, timeless and universal quality.
