The Tower of David Museum invites you to a musical Kabbalat Shabbat on November 23 at 15:00. Entrance is free! La BaSTa BaND will play a live show of energetic, soulful world music in the museum's courtyard under the autumn sky. La BaSTa BaND is an instrumental ensemble that performs impressive, energetic arrangements and virtuosos favorite hits from around the world, covering the span of Irish, Balkan, Greek, Gypsy, and Mediterranean music. With: Gadi Sheinfeld (percussion), Ariel Kopteib (bass), Amir Weiss (cords and guitar), Alexi Kochtkov (musical effects). The event won't take place in the event of inclement weather - call ahead to confirm.
