Purim Rhythm with a Mayumana Workshop

The Tower of David Museum invites parents and children to a Purim celebration of rhythm and music, creativity and humor in a workshop led by the Mayumana performing arts group.
The ancient citadel will be brought to life with Mayumana rhythm and dance, movement and music from sticks, buckets, cans and percussion performed using your own body as the instrument!
What do you need? Comfortable clothes, sport shoes and most importantly - lots and lots of energy!

Letters and More ... The Story of the Alphabet: A New Temporary Exhibition at the Tower of David Museum
The use of the written alphabet is so central in our lives that it is taken for granted. But the story of the invention and development of alphabetic writing is the story of a revolution that changed the face of the world in terms of communication options. The exhibition, "Letters & More", addresses one of the most important revolutions in communications in history; the invention of the alphabet.
Through interactive games, videos, multimedia and creative and unique illustrations, this fascinating development, so crucial to our every day lives today, is explored in "Letters and More".
The Night Spectacular on Purim
The Night Spectacular will be at 19:00 and 20:00. The Night Spectacular takes place outside - so please dress warmly! In the event of rain, The Night Spectacular will be cancelled.
