The Museum of Islamic Art presents a series of lectures and performances in connection with its current exhibit, Travels to Yemen. The lectures will take place on Thusdays in November 2011 at 19:00.
Thursday, November 10, 2011: On the Wings of Eagles: The Height of the Yemenite Aliyah. A lecture by Professor Bat Zion Araki Klurman, head of the History, Philosophy, and Jewish Studies Departments at the Open University.
Price for all three events: 120 NIS. 20% discount for seniors and
newsletter subscribers: 96 NIS. Price for each lecture: 40 NIS. Price
for the "Ayelet Hachen" performance: 60 NIS. Limited space - order
