Sunday feb 13th

Beit Avi Chai presents "Agenda."

Sessions with Intellectuals and activists on pressing, painful issues.

In conjunction with the Institute for Social Justice, headed by Rabbi Dr. Benny Lau.

Every day, Israeli society faces fundamental questions about the existence of a sovereign Jewish state: questions concerning poverty, justice, equality, and mutual responsibility. These issues have been central to Jewish leaders and philosophers throughout history. In these sessions, we will see what, if anything, we can learn from the ideas and solutions they proposed to their communities. Can a 2000-year-old tradition shed new light on today's societal challenges?

Each session will be devoted to a different central issue, and will mark the completion of a study program at the Institute for Social Justice.

Sessions will take place once every six weeks.
