For the third year, "Manofim" will hold contemporary art exhibitions in art institutions and alternative spaces throughout the city. This year, the Tower of David will be the year the main focus of the event.
Souvenirs: Manofim 2011
The exhibition "Souvenirs" explores the mementos that are left to us by history. It uses these keepsakes to trace historical and imaginary stories about Jerusalem and the personalities who lived in the city through the ages. The exhibition is composed of contemporary art works exhibited in spaces scattered throughout the citadel of the Tower of David.
Participating artists: Ori Aviram, Aya Ben-Ron, Haim Ben Shirtit, Adam Berg, Yael Bartana, Michael Kessus Gdaliovich, Dana Gillerman, Tsila Hassine, Raj Ibrahim Jihar, Talia Link, Daniel Meir, and Noam Rotem, Motti Mizrachi, Ido Michaeli, Ziv Neeman, Simha Talalevsky, Merhav Yeshoron, Tamir Zadok, Edan Zeira.

19:00: Grand opening of the "Souvenirs" exhibit
20:00: Opening of the International Mockumentary Film Mini-Festival in Jerusalem with the screening of the film "Lonely Planet" (2011)
Tours of the Exhibit: Guided tours of "Souvenirs" will take place in Hebrew each Friday in November at 11:00. The tour is included in the entrance fee to the museum.
Saturday, November 26: Closing of the exhibition "Souvenirs." The museum will be open from 10:00-17:00.
Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 16:00; Friday closed; Saturday, holiday eves and holidays 10:00 to 14:00
