The Israeli Philately Association and the Israel Mail Stamp Service present the Jerusalem 2010 International Stamp Exhibition. 7,000 pages of stamp displays and tens of thousands of philately items, 100 rare stamp collections and unique objects will be displayed in the exhibition which will take place in Jerusalem at Binyanei Hauma from November 21-25, 2010. In addition the wide variety of stamps, other valuable postal items will be displayed, with the participation of collectors from China, the United States, and England.
The exhibition is a one of a kind opportunity for collectors and stamp lovers to view a rich variety of rare and valuable philately items, and promises something for everyone, adults and children alike, including surprises and activities. The Stamp Service of the Israel Mail issued special new items for the exhibit, including an animation booklet based solely on stamps. Other new items are based on Jerusalem landscapes. Visitors will have the opportunity to be photographed and order a sheet of "My Stamps" with their photograph next to an Israeli flag on a stamp as well as pictures of Jerusalem landscapes. There will also be stamp workshops and stamp trading for children.
