A mishmash of Hebrew words that indicates loads of cultural offerings at little or no cost taking place on three weekends in Jerusalem, "Hamshushalaim" kicks off its sixth season in December 2010: December 2-4, 9-11, and 16-18, 2010.
Hamshushalayim 2010 at the Bible Lands Museum:

Follow guides by torch-light as they lead visitors through a chilling journey in the footsteps of the ancient world's dark side: Meet the spirit of Antiochus, an ancient Mesopotamian spirit, mummies, ghosts, wizards and sorcerers, and the maternal ghost singing songs of doom and more...
For three nights only, visitors will have a once in a lifetime chance to experience BLMJ in darkness, travel between reality and imagination, light and dark, life and death.
The tours will take place on Thursday night, December 2,9, and 16, 2010, at 20:15, 20:30, 21:00, 22:00, and 23:00.

A unique A-Capella concert with the "Canzone Ensemble".
This special Hamshushalayim event will take place on December 9 and 16 at 21:30 in the Small Theater.
Sunday to Tuesday, Thursday 9:30 to 17:30; Wednesday, 9:30 to 21:30; Friday and Holiday eves, 9:30 to 14:00. During the months of July and August, the museum will be open seven days a week.
