Beit Avi Chai presents "Bread": Let's bake and talk about bread.
How do you like your bread? Chef Yossi Ben-Dayan and Prof. Avigdor Shinan invite you to an educational culinary experience of bread-the soft part and the crust.
The workshop will demonstrate how to prepare breads from various cuisines. We will learn about the tremendous significance of bread in the Bible, in aggadic literature, and in Jewish law through relevant stories and midrashim.
Length of workshop: approximately 3 hours
In conjunction with the Tachlit Center for Continuing Education, Hadassah College, Jerusalem
