Beit Avi Chai’s Music on Mondays series presents Shira Kerner: Shira Kerner is a promising original singer and composer. Her melodies are influenced by jazz and rock, and her lyrics range from the poetic to the straightforward. To mark the playing of three of her singles on the radio, Shira will sing the intimate, melancholy songs that have captured listeners’ hearts, including “Yaffo” and “Libi,” in her uniquely moving voice.
