Located in the atrium center of the Center One mini-mall down the road from the Central Bus Station, Corus Al Ha'esh offers (as its name would imply) an expansive menu of Israeli grilled meat favorites from kebab to me'urav, as well as fish, soups, salads, abundant side dishes and even some vegetarian meals. As with all of the establishments in Center One, Corus Al Ha'esh caters sepcifically to Jerusalem's black-and-white, charedi masses.
