Over 40 performing artists including Avihu Shabbat, Idan Yaniv and Miryam Toukan will participate in the benefit event for the Naim BeShalom organization's Bama Lachayim project. The event, moderated by Shimon Parnas, will take place at the Jerusalem Theatre on September 20, 2012 at 20:30 at the Jerusalem Theatre, and will include a main performance followed by a Middle-Eastern themed party music and dance party. The Bama Lachayim project gives children from touch socio-economic backgrounds an equal chance to participate in theatre-related enrichment activities. The "Naim BeShalom" organization was established ten years ago by Michal Oshri Levi and Miriam Koltuv, two dancers who had the dream of making a difference in the lives of children from weak segments of the population. Thursday night's event is dedicated to fundraising for the Bama LaChayim project, and all artists are performing on a volunteer basis.
