Emek Refaim Street will be closed to motor traffic and transformed into a huge stage for street theatre from 17:00 – 23:00 on November 9, 2010 from 17:00 – 23:00. This annual event run by Ginot Hair and the Jerusalem Municipality will include stages, performances, presentations, displays, a huge arts fair, and lots more surprises.
