Knesset head Reuven Rivlin and Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat will mark Earth Day in Jerusalem with a lights out ceremony, in which they will turn off the lights lighting up the Old City walls and the Tower of David for one whole hour on April 22 from 20:10-21:10.
