SUCCOT AT THE TOWER OF DAVID

Get a map of the ancient citadel and go explore the stories, events, locations and characters that lived in Jerusalem at different times in history. Using costumes and accessories you can photograph and document your visit as souvenir in a Jerusalem album that you can create for yourself at the end of the visit that will be sent by mail to your home as a gift!
During the activities children can participate in two workshops:
- Construction of a light box decorated with a picture (10 NIS supplement fee)
- Preparation of a picture frame (10 NIS supplement fee)

Stories of the Walls
During the Sukkot holidays 18-19-20.10 11:00, 17:00 Hebrew
Family Tour of the Old City Walls Panoramic views of the city of Jerusalem combined with songs, legends and stories about the events and people that made history in this city. Sultan Suleiman building the city walls, Moses Montefiore, Mishkenot Shaananim and the historic windmill, the Temple Mount and the Western Wall, the rituals of pilgrimage and more.
The tour starts at the Tower of David (meet at the Museum box office) and continues through the Citadel moat and rampart walk to the Western Wall.
Prices: Adults: 60 NIS Kids: 40 NIS Limited to 30 participants

The Night Spectacular
As dusk embraces the ancient stones, the walls of the Tower of David come alive with breathtaking images as the story of Jerusalem unfolds on the walls of the citadel.
The performances take place outside. There are multiple performances throughout October. Please check the website www.tod.org.il for available seats.
Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 17:00; Friday 10:00 to 14:00; Saturday 10:00 to 17:00
