A mishmash of Hebrew words that indicates loads of cultural offerings at little or no cost taking place on four weekends in Jerusalem, "Hamshushalaim" kicks off its seventh season in December 2011: December 1-3, 8-10, 15-17, and 22-24, 2011.
This years events offer something for everyone, including hundreds of events at cultural venues and tourist destinations all over Jerusalem, dozens of outdoor and indoor shows, performances, street theatre, attractions, and special deals at restaurants and hotels.

A musical evening featuring the best composers, singers, and songs of the genre. The performance will be accompanied by explanations and stories (in Hebrew) behind the songs, a slideshow, and film clips.
