There are several types of accommodation available:
Hotel: 11 Spacious quality hotel rooms, designed in modern European style. Each room can accommodate up to four guests. Room facilities include central a/c, wall-to-wall carpeting, full private bath, satellite-TV and coffee making facility.
Guest House: Renewed Wing: 16 refurbished rooms. Each can accommodate up to 6 guests. Room facilities include private shower and toilet, central a/c, T.V, Mini Fridge and a coffee making facility.
Hostel: 13 rooms. Each can accommodate up to 6 guests. The rooms have a private Toilet and shower.
All rooms have a free wireless Internet access plus Most have a balcony with a Breath taking view of the Old City walls.
Holiday Apartment: an elegant three-room apartment adjacent to the King David hotel, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room, full kitchen and dining area, satellite TV and full a/c. Building facilities include complimentary access to a heated pool. Available for daily, weekly, or monthly stays.

Beit Shmuel offers a variety of courses, workshops and study sessions in Hebrew led by lecturers, authors, and humanities professors, all experts in their respective fields. Every year, the center holds around 30 courses about Judaism, Israeli life, literature, architecture, archaeology, Israel studies, art, music, theatre, and more. Beit Shmuel’s courses department is one of the first departments to offer an opportunity for modern, contemporary, up to date dialogue with Jewish sources to the general public.
Open to the general public, the courses touch on a wide variety of topics. Well known Israeli authors lecture about their works, there are courses on fascinating subjects such as Kaballa and Zohar, as well as courses with the best of Bible scholars, and course participants are exposed to the overlapping aspects between religion, art, and culture. In addition, the center holds acting workshops, calligraphy, glasswork, and writing which attempt to connect all types of art in the field of Jewish-Israeli art.

Beit Shmuel's performance department is active year round, producing a wide variety of quality cultural events which are open to the public. Dance, theatre, entertainment, and music performances, including classical, ethnic, and world music, take place in Beit Shmuel's Hirsch Theater throughout the year.
The theater, which is fully equipped with up to date, state of the art technical and amplification equipment, is active on Friday nights and Shabbat, giving the heterogeneous Jerusalem population an opportunity to enjoy cultural and entertainment events over the weekend, a time when most cultural venues in Jerusalem are closed.

Beit Shmuel - Merkaz Shimshon is the cultural center and performance space of Hebrew Union College, the main rabbinical seminary for American Reform Judaism. The complex, designed by renowned architecht Moshe Safdi as part of the Mamilla project, is located in the heart of Jerusalem, sandwiched between the King David and David Citadel Hotels. This historically rich and prestigious location is just a short walk from the Old City as well as many of the city's historic, religious, and cultural attractions.
The center is home to a theatre, a conference center, classrooms, and seminar rooms of various sizes and capacities. Beit Shmuel's theatre offers a constantly changing list of events, including live music, dance, theatrical productions and fine art exhibits. The course department offers a host of courses, lectures, and seminars, and the tours department offers unique tours in Jerusalem and all over Israel, for individuals and groups, with the best tour guides in the field.
Beit Shmuel's hotel and guesthouse is situated amidst lush gardens, opposite the Old City walls, with a variety of rooms suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Guests will have access to a cafeteria, Wi-Fi, halls and classrooms, and more, as necessary.
