Cafe Corus occupies a significant portion of the Center One mini-mall right down the street from the Central Bus Station. It specializes in kosher dairy cuisine, with the usual offerings of soups, pastas, salads and pizzas, as well as a full breakfast menu and abundant samplings of American, Italian, Israeli and Thai cuisine. As with all of the establishments in Center One, Cafe Corus caters specifically to Jerusalem's black-and-white, charedi masses.
