ZaZa
Sure, the Khan Theater may be one of Jerusalem's highest-quality dramatic venues, but it suffered from one glaring omission: it was pretty much impossible to find high-quality slabs of beef to eat without stepping outside the walls of the venerable caravanserai that houses the theater. Fortunately, with the arrival of ZaZa, that has changed.
Under the auspices of chef Ofer Aslan, the strictly kosher ZaZa cranks out, until 1 AM nightly, a carefully prepared Middle Eastern interpretation of beef-heavy restaurant à viande fare, spanning burgers and kebabs to entrecôte and asado. The standard array of salads (large) and appetizers (carpaccio, salmon tartare) round out the offerings. Vegetarians will be very sad - the only vegetarian main entree is pesto penne, which is meat restaurant chefspeak for "utter contempt." Ultimately, given the increasing profusion of quality chophouses in the city, ZaZa may not be worth going out of your way for, but if you're catching a show at the Khan, you couldn't do better.
