The American Colony Hotel presents new winter menus at Val's Brasserie, the hotel's in house restaurant, as well as at the Cellar Bar. The hotel, which is known for its world class service, quality, comfort, and luxury, continues the Saturday morning brunch tradition this winter as well.

In addition to the restaurants well known classics, the new winter menu offers dishes with international fair alongside local dishes. First course offerings include grilled shells with thin prosciutto slices over crème of green pea and spicy tomato sauce, rich Persian red lentil soup with cilantro, yogurt, herbed meat balls, rice and chickpeas. For the main course, try salmon skewers in maple, garlic, and ginger sauce with "shatu" potatoes.

There are also vegetarian options and dishes for kids.
