On August 14th, Chef Oren Yerushalmi cooks up the best food money can buy for Tu B'av, Israel's holiday of love. 

 

Appetizers:

Sea fish tartar - with sesame oil, sea salt, and pepper wrapped in cucumber and avocado cream: 82 NIS

Foie gras - with cream of potato, diced green apple and thyme served with veal and moist dates: 92 NIS

Spanish Fish - with potatoes, preserved lemons, onions and tomatoes: 72 NIS

Main courses include:
Pan-fried sea bream served with slices of potatoes, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, garlic and olive oil: 132 NIS

Veal medallions served with ragu lentils, root vegetables, smoked goose breast, and roasted eggplant: 175 NIS

Desserts (all 45 NIS)
Dark chocolate cake with passion fruit sorbet, chocolate mousse and hot brandy
Creme brulee and coconut
Pina colada soup with fresh pineapple and exotic fruit salad

Sunday through Thursday, 19:00 to 23:00; Bar open until last customer leaves. Closed Friday and Saturday.
