A celebration of wine tasting from the leading wineries in Israel

It's that time of year again. Israel's wine-drinkers and cheese-lovers make their way to the Israel Museum's Sculpture Garden for the annual wine-tasting festival. With the sweet sounds of jazz in the background, it's a night to come out, relax, and run into people from all corners of Jerusalem.

Now eight years old, the festival has turned into one of the summer's cultural highlights, first bringing relief to the city during the intifada in 2003, thanks to festival co-founders Avi Ben of the Avi Ben Wine Stores and Shmulik Cohen of Shahar's Drink House.

The entrance fee allows for all the tasting you can handle from the a variety of Israeli wineries:  from the Golan, Galil, even the Negev desert, and everything in between. Plus, all the wines will be available for purchase at discounted prices.
