According to a report at Globes Online on Sunday, some recent apartment sales included the following: a small four room apartment in Rasco, needing renovation that sold for $4,072 per sq meter, a small three room apartment in Arnona that sold for $4,830 per sq meter, a small four room apartment in Armon Hanatziv, was sold for $2,470 per sq meter and a small apartment in the German Colony neighborhood, sold for $5,421 per sq meter.  All of the apartments were 100 sq meters or less.
